I’m taking some pills that now make feel like I’m being poked hard in the chest by a stick instead of the previous feeling like I was being stabbed right through every time I moved. It’s an incremental improvement, but I’ll take it. I’m starting to get to the point where I can’t recall what it feels like to not feel crappy in some way. Can’t say that the last week has been that productive, though I did clean my office a bit today. I also listened to NPR late this morning and felt smart and productive for the rest of the day.
I’m ordering a new tablet for work shortly, so I thought I’d clean up and take a picture of all my techie junk that I have lying around. It’s getting kind of ridiculous. Maybe I’ll atake a picture and label it and everything. I’ve especially enjoyed the Sprint Touch lately, though as a Blackberry user the party ends as soon as I have to write something. If only I hadn’t been so spoiled, I never would have known better.
In other news the rest of the family is sick too, though they seem thus far unafflicted by the stabbing. It bugs me when the kids are sick though. Last night Nick was miserable and had a fever and I got a stomach ache and had trouble sleeping because I was so upset that he felt bad. He woke up at two with a fever of 103 so I doped him up and let him sleep in bed with me since KT and Zoey were sleeping upstairs, where of course Zoey decided to sleep through the night for the first time. Better late than ever. Nick seems better today though, so we’ll see how long he makes it before he come knocking.
